This is the 3D companion to the 2D Occupational Asthma Sensitizer Exposure Simulator. It reproduces the same five-stage IgE-mediated sensitization model — the same concentration and duration-driven serum IgE, airway resistance, FEV1% and sensitization-risk formulas — but renders the bronchial airway as a real Three.js/WebGL tube whose lumen narrows and whose wall thickens live as the disease progresses, with mast-cell degranulation rendered as genuine 3D particle bursts.
