Cricket Bowling Delivery Lab: Swing & Seam Trajectory (2D)

2D cricket delivery lab: a projectile-motion ball flight with aerodynamic swing before the bounce and seam-grip deviation after it, plotted as trajectory, top-down line and a lateral-deflection timeline.

This 2D companion drives the same delivery mechanics as the 3D bowling lab — release pace, aerodynamic swing, seam angle, line and length — through a plain canvas view built for reading the physics rather than orbiting a scene: a side-on trajectory pane shows the full parabola from release to the stumps with the pitch's yorker/full/good/short zones marked, a top-down pane isolates the pre-bounce swing curve from the post-bounce seam kick along the same flight, and a lateral-deflection timeline plots exactly when each of those two forces acts, so the physical difference between air swing and seam movement off the pitch is directly visible instead of implied.

⚙ Under the hood

2D cricket bowling lab with projectile-motion flight, a decaying pre-bounce swing force, a seam-grip velocity kick at impact, and live readouts for swing drift, seam deviation and the batter's real reaction window.
