Bioprinting Extrusion: Oxygen Diffusion Cross-Section

This is the 2D cross-section companion to the 3D bioprinting simulator. Instead of a static distance-to-surface check evaluated once per cell, it solves a real diffusion–consumption partial differential equation for dissolved oxygen through a growing bioprinted slab, updated every frame as the print head lays down bioink layer by layer. Tune print speed, nozzle diameter and bioink viscosity against the same nozzle wall-shear-stress model as the 3D scene, then toggle vascular channels to see whether the diffusing oxygen field can keep pace with a thickening construct's consumption — or whether the core starves before the print even finishes.
