Corporate Wellness Program ROI — 3D Workforce & Value Pylons
This is a genuine Three.js/WebGL companion to the 2D Corporate Wellness Program ROI simulator. The flat scatter of employee dots becomes a Fibonacci-distributed workforce sphere of 64 representative employees orbiting a central Program Hub; participants (selected by the participation-rate slider) are linked to the hub and drift measurably inward as their simulated risk score improves, exactly mirroring the 2D "Individual Risk Trajectories" stage.
The math is identical to the 2D original's computeOutcomes(): investFactor = clamp(costPerEmployee/700, 0.35, 1.8), eff = participationRate × investFactor, healthcare cost reduction capped at 9.5%, absenteeism reduction at 23%, presenteeism reduction at 16%, and ROI = totalSavings / totalCost — with the same $9,000 / $1,685 / $3,200 baseline per-employee cost figures for claims, absenteeism and presenteeism. Company size, fixed at 500 in the 2D version, is a live third control here and scales both dollar totals exactly as the formula dictates without changing the ROI ratio.
Two real 3D bar pylons — Program Cost and Est. Savings — rise and fall with the live dollar totals, and gold coin particles rise from the savings pylon whenever the modeled ROI clears 1:1, the same flourish as the 2D dashboard's final stage. Drag to orbit the workforce sphere and pylons, scroll or pinch to zoom.
