🚦 Green Wave

Synchronized at 50 km/h
Current speed: 0 km/h
Green passes: 0
Stops on red: 0
Wave formula: each traffic light's phase offset = distance to the previous intersection ÷ design speed. So a car traveling at exactly the design speed catches every next light already green.
Why this matters: this is the real "green wave" method cities use to synchronize traffic lights along arterial roads. It only works for ONE speed — drive faster or slower than the design speed, and the wave "falls apart," even if the offsets are calculated correctly.
