This sim models a kettlebell swing / box jump as a mass-on-a-path oscillator: kinematic tracking gives instantaneous velocity, from which force and power are derived via Newton's second law and P = F·v. Fatigue reduces peak acceleration and range of motion, mimicking real neuromuscular fatigue.
- Movement toggle — switches between kettlebell swing (pendulum arc) and box jump (vertical hop) kinematics.
- Load — kettlebell/body-relevant mass; scales force and power output.
- Cadence — reps per minute; sets the angular/vertical frequency of the motion.
- Athlete fatigue — reduces peak acceleration and amplitude, lowering power output over time, as in real WOD (workout of the day) pacing.
