Cabin Pressure & Nitrogen Dilution Control

A space station cabin does not just need oxygen — it needs the right total pressure and the right O₂-to-N₂ ratio, because pure oxygen at sea-level pressure is a fire hazard (the Apollo 1 lesson) while low total pressure risks hypoxia. This simulator models a habitat's atmosphere as two gas masses obeying the ideal gas law and Dalton's law, opens a hull leak whose effusion rate follows real kinetic theory, and drives an automatic dual-valve controller that draws nitrogen and oxygen from finite tanks to hold cabin pressure and ppO₂ inside their safe bands. Adjust the leak size, crew metabolic load and controller gain — or trigger a sudden puncture — and watch the 3D particle cloud, tank gauges and live readouts respond exactly as the control loop computes them.
