Around Earth at various altitudes and with different orbital inclinations, technogenic debris — spent satellites, rocket stages, and other objects moving at several km/s orbitally — revolve. When debris approach a critical distance, the risk of collision arises, which generates new fragments — the so-called Kessler syndrome, which cascadingly increases space debris in low Earth orbit.
