A lunar base that imports every kilogram of water, oxygen and propellant from Earth needs a steady stream of expensive resupply launches that scale directly with crew size and mission length. This simulator models how integrating in-situ resource utilization — regolith-oxygen electrolysis, polar ice extraction, local propellant production — lets an increasing share of those consumables be produced on-site instead. Drag the ISRU integration slider and watch the cumulative resupply-launch curve reshape live across a ten-year mission timeline, compared against 0% and 100% reference curves, while the base's ISRU plant visibly grows and resupply rockets land less often.
