3D FMEA Monte-Carlo Reliability Simulator

This scene turns the same life-support FMEA reliability chain — O₂ generator, CO₂ scrubber, power bus — into a repeated stochastic experiment instead of a formula plot. A 3D reliability-block diagram wires the components in series along a conduit, with the CO₂ scrubber switchable into a redundant parallel pair. Each simulated mission run advances a shared clock; every node independently rolls a chance to fail based on its own failure rate, flashing red and sparking when it does. A run that keeps every series stage alive — and at least one unit alive in any redundant pair — through the full trial length counts as a mission success; a run that doesn't resets and starts over.
