Backup Scrubber Switchover — 3D Life-Support Bay

This 3D companion turns the detection-delay / spin-up / capacity-gap mechanics of a life-support backup switchover into a physical scene: a primary scrubber unit and an idle backup unit sit in a bay, each with a rotor and a particle stream standing in for scrubbed airflow. Failing the primary kills its stream and lights an alarm ring that counts down the detection delay; once the fault is confirmed, the backup rotor spools up over its spin-up time and its own stream ramps in — at whatever capacity fraction you set, so a degraded backup visibly settles at a slower, thinner steady state instead of ever fully replacing the primary. A live gauge tracks cabin CO2 through the whole handoff.
