Ground Station Contact Scheduler

A shell of low-Earth-orbit satellites sweeps overhead while a single ground-station dish can only downlink from one of them at a time. This 2D companion plots real elevation-angle geometry for every satellite as a scrolling strip chart, then turns the exact same passes into two literal schedule timelines stacked underneath: a simple first-come, hold-until-set dish versus a preemptive dish that always re-points to whichever visible satellite currently sits highest in the sky. Live readouts track total data downlinked, dish utilization, hand-off count and how often a satellite is left waiting in contention for each policy, so you can see directly how much throughput a smarter scheduler buys — and how much it costs in extra reconfigure time.
