This simulator runs that clock live — a logistic model of practical-application progress driven by a tunable commercialization-effort slider, racing against an accruing march-in-risk score once a tunable "reasonable time" window elapses — and renders the outcome on a projected orbital dashboard: a rotatable patent core whose exclusivity shield erodes over the 20-year statutory term and collapses to the government-license floor, with rival licensee markers appearing, the moment march-in is invoked. A live strip chart tracks progress, risk and exclusivity against elapsed time underneath.
