Constellation star
Background star
This kid-friendly 2D star map lets you click on named constellations — Ursa Major, Orion and Cassiopeia — directly among a twinkling field of background stars, or click their stars right on the canvas, to reveal the connecting lines that trace out each shape. Adjust star brightness and twinkle speed with the sliders, and watch the live readout track how many of the three constellations you've found.
