🍯 Honey Jar Label Compliance Checker

Build a honey jar label field by field — net weight, country of origin, best-before date, lot code and allergen advisory — and watch a live compliance checker flag exactly which UK labelling requirements are missing.

🔬 What It Demonstrates

Honey has its own UK marketing-standards rules layered on top of general food information law: origin must always be stated, and jars packed alongside allergens like tree nuts need an advisory even though honey itself contains none.

🎮 How to Use

Set the net weight, pick an origin statement, and toggle the best-before date, lot code and allergen advisory on or off the label. The 3D jar's label redraws instantly, missing fields get a red dashed box, and the ring beneath the jar glows green, amber or red.

💡 Did You Know?

Unlike most packaged foods, honey must always declare its country or countries of origin on the label — a rule written specifically to combat cheap syrup being passed off as pure honey.
