Tawaf Crowd Flow Around the Kaaba (2D)

Tawaf — circling the Kaaba seven times counterclockwise — is one of the most recognizable acts in Islamic ritual practice, and also one of the largest sustained pedestrian-flow events on Earth. This 2D plan-view simulator draws the Kaaba and its seven concentric circumambulation rings from directly above and drives every pilgrim's walking speed from a real crowd-flow fundamental diagram: the more people packed into a ring segment, the slower everyone in it walks, exactly as it does in the physical Mataf. Adjust the pilgrim count, free-flow speed, and the crowd's effective jam density to see free-flowing rings turn into a red-hot bottleneck near the Kaaba's corners, drag to pan and scroll to zoom the plaza, and watch the live counters track average speed, local density, and how many full seven-circuit Tawafs the crowd has completed.
