Cosmetic Spray Robot 2D — Surface-Angle Coating Deposition

Robotic cosmetics application — spray tanning, aerosol foundation, protective coatings — depends on keeping an applicator nozzle close to perpendicular to a curved surface while sweeping a raster path that leaves no gaps and no over-thick streaks. This 2D companion renders the same doubly-curved bust as an unwrapped (u,v) surface map and drives a boustrophedon toolpath across it, but — unlike the 3D engine, which always tracks the surface normal exactly — lets you dial in a real surface angle so you can see, directly, how a shallow incidence angle costs deposition efficiency and spreads material into an overspray halo. Sweep speed, spray distance and path spacing each trade off against coverage uniformity and build time, exactly the parameters a real coating-robot programmer has to tune.
