Use tagging in DAM (Bynder), enter the topic/direction, format, color palette, and level of complexity.

4. Are PSD/AI files available?

Yes, they are stored in the internal S3 bucket. Query via Jira «Media Request».

5. How are previews generated?

Node script `media_generate_previews.js` + Sharp. Options 640px and 1280px.

6. Are localized versions supported?

Yes, for interfaces with texts we create 66 localized layers in Figma + automated export.

7. How to update the old banner?

Create a ‘Media Refresh’ request in Notion, select the target page, add a deadline, and specify special requirements (accessibility, contrast).

8. What recommendations for social networks?

Format 1080x1080, 1920x1080, 4:5. Alt texts required, CTA, localized texts, brand control.

9. Can materials be used for printing?

Yes, upload original 4K/8K, follow CMYK profiles, add 3mm bleed.

10. How to track performance?

Metrics from GA4 (event `media_view`), heatmap (Hotjar), experiments (Google Optimize), dashboard in Looker Studio.
