LNP Gene-Editing Delivery to Hepatocytes (2D)

This 2D top-down companion to the 3D LNP delivery simulator runs the identical two-stage probability model — fenestral sieving by particle size, then pH-dependent lipid protonation deciding endosomal escape — seen from directly above the sinusoid-to-hepatocyte path. Particles flow through the sinusoid, a fraction slip through the liver's fenestrae to reach the hepatocyte, get trapped in an acidifying endosome, and each one's fate (cytosolic escape or lysosomal degradation) is decided by the same ionizable-lipid chemistry real formulators tune. Adjust the ionizable lipid's pKa, the N/P charge ratio and particle size to see fenestral uptake, endosomal escape and overall cytosolic delivery yield respond in real time, drag to pan and scroll to zoom in on individual particles.
