This simulator models the exact interface every superconducting quantum computer uses to read a qubit: a dispersively coupled microwave resonator whose frequency is pulled by ±χ depending on whether the qubit sits in |g⟩ or |e⟩. Driving that resonator produces two distinct coherent pointer states, which appear in 3D as two separated clusters on an IQ plane. Tuning the qubit-resonator coupling g, the drive amplitude ε and the integration time τ reshapes the pointer separation and the noise floor live, while firing batches of single-shot measurements shows the discrimination fidelity a real readout chain would achieve.
