Plasmon–Exciton Polariton (2D): Time-Domain Rabi Beating & Anticrossing

This is a 2D-native companion to the 3D plasmon–exciton polariton simulator, built around the exact same non-Hermitian coupled-oscillator Hamiltonian but visualized without any 3D geometry. One panel sweeps the analytic anticrossing diagram — the upper and lower polariton energies plotted against detuning — while the other numerically time-integrates the equivalent Schrödinger-like coupled-mode equations with a 4th-order Runge–Kutta solver, so you watch a real quantum-beat energy exchange between the plasmon and exciton oscillators rather than a static formula. Tune the coupling strength, detuning and linewidths and see both the frequency-domain and time-domain pictures of strong coupling update together, live.
