Scenarios

Each preset sets racks, rack power, cooling, climate, grid connection and plant size. Everything below stays adjustable.

Compute per energy

Average rack power = peak x (0.25 idle + 0.75 x utilisation). AI racks run 40 to 140 kW; classic enterprise racks 4 to 10 kW. "Compute per energy" is an illustrative tokens-per-joule figure, not a measured product.

Power outage test

Grid is lost for 5 minutes. UPS batteries carry the load until generators start; chillers restart in stages; the hall warms until cooling returns. The test clock runs 10x faster than real time.

Generators fail to start (battery-only test)
