A fast-spinning top's angular momentum resists gravity's toppling torque not by refusing to move, but by moving sideways — the spin axis sweeps out a slow cone (precession) instead of falling straight over. This simulator integrates the real rigid-body equations of motion for a symmetric top (nutation included), decays the spin realistically under friction, and lets the top genuinely topple once its spin drops below the critical rate at which gyroscopic stability is lost.
