Phyllotaxis 3D: Golden-Angle Growth Spiral

Orbit freely around a real three-dimensional phyllotaxis structure as it grows one primordium at a time, each one rotated by the golden-angle divergence (~137.5°) from the last — the same rule that arranges seeds on a sunflower head, scales on a pinecone, and leaves up a stem. Switch between a flat capitulum (Vogel's classic r = C·√n spiral, the disc mode, rendered here in true 3D instead of flat 2D) and a helical stem where the same divergence angle instead climbs upward at a fixed internode rise per leaf — the general, fully three-dimensional case of the phyllotaxis rule.
