This 2D companion drives the same physics as the 3D Tidal Power scene through a plain canvas view built for reading the numbers rather than orbiting a channel: a real actuator-disc power law (P = 0.5·ρ·A·Cp·v³) governs every turbine in a configurable array, a bidirectional sinusoidal tidal current with the real 12.42-hour M2 period drives the flow, and downstream rows lose speed to a wake deficit computed from Betz actuator-disc momentum theory (Cp = 4a(1−a)²) rather than a fixed discount — so thinning the array, changing blade pitch, or watching a full flood/ebb cycle all move the live power, energy and capacity-factor readouts in the way a real tidal farm's would.
