Double-Slit Experiment (2D)

This 2D simulator fires particles one at a time from an emitter through a barrier with two slits toward a detector screen, accumulating an interference pattern in real time exactly as in the historic double-slit experiment. Adjust the wavelength and slit separation to watch the live fringe-spacing readout (Δy = λL/d) update, and toggle path observation to see the fringes collapse into two particle-like bands the instant a measurement reveals which slit each particle used.
