Change management - 3D

Scenario

x

Agent-based model of an organisation (executive, directors, team leads, staff) linked by reporting and peer ties. Each week people become aware (communication plus word of mouth), shift attitude by DeGroot averaging damped by their own resistance (DeGroot 1974), gain skills from training and peer coaching, and adopt once attitude and skills pass thresholds (Bass-style peer pressure, Bass 1969). Sponsor pressure without enablement breeds reactance. Output follows the change curve: new adopters dip, skilled adopters outperform.
