Orch-OR Quantum Collapse 2D: Microtubule Objective Reduction

This is the 2D counterpart to the 3D Orch-OR Microtubule Quantum Collapse scene, running the identical Diosi-Penrose model: 442 tubulin dimers, unrolled here into a flat 13-protofilament grid, are recruited into quantum superposition and accumulate gravitational self-energy until the ensemble reaches the ħ threshold and collapses in one synchronized objective-reduction event. Instead of an orbiting 3D lattice, this version renders the grid scrolling sideways and adds a live strip chart of the self-energy phase climbing toward collapse — the same recruitment rate, thermal decoherence and gravitational coupling controls drive both scenes, and the predicted collapse period and rate you see here match the 3D scene exactly.
