🔧 PRINCIPAL OF WI-FI OPERATION
1. Radio Wave Generation
The router converts digital data into radio waves at 2.4 GHz or 5 GHz frequencies. These waves propagate through space and can pass through obstacles.
2. Signal Modulation
Data is encoded into the radio wave using various modulation methods (OFDM, QAM). This allows for large amounts of information to be transmitted at high speeds.
3. Packet transmission
Information is broken into packets, each of which contains a destination address, checksum, and the data itself. Packets are transmitted sequentially.
4. Demodulation and Processing
The receiver demodulates the radio waves back into digital data, checks packet integrity, and reconstructs the original information.

2.4 GHz has a larger range and better penetration through obstacles, but lower speed and more channel loading. 5 GHz provides higher speed, less obstruction, but smaller range.
Use WPA3 encryption, change the default password, hide the SSID, set MAC address filtering, regularly update your router firmware, and use a guest network for visitors.
MIMO (Multiple Input Multiple Output) uses multiple antennas for simultaneous data transmission and reception. This increases throughput, improves signal quality, and reduces packet losses.
Wi-Fi uses non-ionizing radiation with very low power (0.1 W). This is much safer than mobile phones. Scientific studies have not found any harmful effects of Wi-Fi on human health.
