A massive tidal wave strikes and surges towards a small coastal village, sweeping over the foamy edge of the tide. The shape of the wave is formed by the sum of several sinusoidal waves of different phases, with the zone of maximum rise 'running' along the depth axis v, mimicking the approach of a wave to shore. Particles (Points) are scattered across the surface tilted towards the crest (power-law sampling), creating an effect of white foam precisely where the wave is steepest. FogExp2 and cold moonlight add a dramatic, stormy atmosphere.
