A flock of monarch butterflies flaps and flocks across a golden meadow of swaying grass, drifting together on a shared migratory path. Each of the 55 butterflies runs a classic Reynolds boids algorithm every frame: separation, alignment and cohesion forces are computed pairwise against every neighbor, then blended with a slowly circling migration-target attractor. 3000 instanced grass blades sway with per-instance phase-offset sine waves for a wind effect.
