Pyroelectric Nanogenerator: Harvesting Energy from ΔT/Δt

A pyroelectric nanogenerator turns a changing temperature — not a steady one, and not mechanical strain — directly into electrical charge. This simulator renders a ferroelectric nanofilm sandwiched between two electrodes, cycles it through heating and cooling at a rate you control, and animates its internal dipole field collapsing and rebuilding with the Curie-Weiss law while real charge markers flow through an external load in the correct direction and at the correct rate, governed by I = A·p·(dT/dt). Switch between PVDF, PZT and ZnO nanowires to see how pyroelectric coefficient and Curie temperature change the output, and push the swing past Tc to watch the film disorder into its paraelectric phase.
