Antimicrobial Nanocoating: 3D Bacterial Kill Simulator

This simulation places a magnified antimicrobial nanocoating — the kind used on hospital door handles and rails — inside a real 3D scene you orbit with the camera. Silver or ZnO nanoparticles sit embedded in the coated plate, each one glowing with its own emissive ion/ROS field, while bacteria (small capsule-shaped cells) crawl the surface by random motility. Every bacterium's survival each instant is governed by the same first-order (Chick–Watson) disinfection kinetics real antimicrobial coatings are rated by: the closer it wanders to an active nanoparticle, the higher its instantaneous death probability. Switch between silver and ZnO, change coverage density and bacterial load, and watch the population and log-reduction readouts track a genuine exponential kill curve.
