Real diagnostic biochips rarely rely on one sensor — they multiplex hundreds or thousands of individually-addressable nanosensor elements across a grid so a single chip can build up a statistically robust readout, or even test for several targets at once. This 3D simulator renders that array directly: target molecules diffuse through a solution volume above the chip and, on close approach, stochastically bind an empty sensor element following the same association/dissociation (Langmuir) kinetics that govern a single sensor, while the aggregate array signal accumulates from every individual binding event. Tune array density, concentration and rate constants, then switch from sample injection to buffer wash and watch individual elements light up and fade as molecules bind and release across the chip.
