Diblock copolymer films spontaneously organize into nanoscale stripes, dots or a mix of the two purely from the interplay of chemical demixing and chain connectivity — no external template required. This 2D companion simulator solves the same Ohta–Kawasaki phase-field equation as the 3D version, on a flat cross-section, letting you tune the A-block volume fraction, the Flory–Huggins segregation strength χN, and the long-range domain-spacing coefficient α, then watch the film anneal in real time toward the periodic morphology those parameters predict.
