Nanochannel Double-Layer Overlap Map (2D)

This simulator solves the same linearized Poisson–Boltzmann and Stokes-flow equations as the 3D nanofluidics model, but renders them as two native 2D panels instead of a 3D particle box: a cross-section heatmap of charge density with a sideways velocity-profile curve and drifting tracer ions, plus a log–log regime map plotting the Debye length against the channel half-height so you can see, as a point moving across a phase diagram, exactly when the electric double layers on each wall merge into one.
