Prime-Boost Vaccination: Antibody Titer Kinetics

This simulator models how a vaccine actually builds protection: a prime dose triggers a slow, modest primary antibody response as naive B cells differentiate into antibody-secreting plasma cells, while a booster dose given later recalls the memory B-cell pool left behind by the prime, producing a faster, much larger secondary (anamnestic) response — the mechanism behind every multi-dose vaccine schedule. Antigen, plasma-cell, antibody-titer and memory-pool dynamics are integrated live from a compartmental ODE model, rendered as an evolving 3D population of orbiting antibody particles and a pulsing plasma-cell colony, with a live log-scale titer graph and readouts for current titer, peak titer per dose, and memory pool size.
