Vein-to-Vein: Autologous Cell Therapy Turnaround

Autologous cell therapies like CAR-T are manufactured one patient at a time — the cells collected from a patient by apheresis are the only cells that can ever be infused back into them. This simulator renders the nine-stage vein-to-vein pipeline (apheresis → cold-ship in → activation → viral transduction → expansion → harvest/formulation → QC release testing → cold-ship out → infusion) as a real 3D production line, with a batch token you launch and watch travel station to station. Choose a release-testing method, an automation level and a chain-of-identity control count, and the readouts update live: total vein-to-vein days, an estimated clinical-deterioration risk for the waiting patient, a mix-up risk from imperfect chain-of-identity, and suite throughput when multiple batches run in parallel.
