mRNA Capping Kinetics: Cap0/Cap1 Formation vs Degradation Race

Every mRNA molecule leaving in-vitro transcription runs a race: the capping enzyme and 2'-O-methyltransferase must convert it to translation-competent, immune-silent Cap1 before an exonuclease chews it up. This simulator drops a batch of individually-tracked mRNA particles into a 3D reactor, gives each one its own continuous-time Markov trajectory through Uncapped → Cap0 → Cap1 (or → Degraded), and lets you tune the capping rate, the methyltransferase rate, the degradation rate and the reactor temperature to see how a real GMP process turns rate constants into batch-release-quality Cap1 yield.
