Synthetic repressilator colony (2D monolayer)

Same model as the 3D colony on a flat monolayer: a repressilator per cell (Elowitz and Leibler 2000; dm/dt = -m + a/(1+p_j^n) + a0, dp/dt = b(m-p)) with the reporter exchanged with a diffusing medium at rate eta (McMillen et al. 2002). Time is in mRNA lifetimes.
