Macrophage Polarization: Population Histogram & Sensitivity Kymograph

The 3D macrophage M1/M2 simulator places a population of tissue macrophages in an orbiting 3D volume and drives each one with a real receptor-engagement relaxation model: LPS/IFN-γ pulls a cell toward the pro-inflammatory M1 pole, IL-4/IL-13 pulls it toward the pro-repair M2 pole, and a basal decay constantly pulls it back toward the resting M0 state. This 2D companion keeps the identical ODE and the identical 140-cell population with its receptor-sensitivity heterogeneity, but exposes it through two genuinely 2D-native, distribution-based views instead of a spatial tissue render: a live histogram of the population's polarization index against the model's own analytic steady-state prediction, and a receptor-sensitivity-versus-time kymograph that shows how cells with different receptor densities peel apart from each other as the cytokine mix changes.
