This is a 2D, single-molecule-kinetics view of the same toehold-mediated strand-displacement AND gate: instead of an animated 3D strand, branch migration is simulated as a genuine stochastic 1D random walk and drawn as a scrolling reaction-coordinate trace, side by side with the live k(b) rate-law curve that sets how long nucleation takes to even begin. Add Input A and Input B (in either order), and watch each one's own random-walk path cross the branch domain at its own pace — only once both traces reach the far end does the reporter domain go live, exactly reproducing the AND-gate logic of the original design from first-passage statistics rather than a fixed animation.
