Organoid Flow Cytometry Sorter — 2D Cross-Section

Dissociate a dissociated intestinal organoid into single cells and watch them stream through a 2D side-on cross-section of a virtual flow cytometer. Each cell carries a forward-scatter (size) value and a fluorescence value on whichever marker channel you select — LGR5-GFP for stem/progenitor cells or Villin-RFP for differentiated cells — sampled from the organoid's own composition. Set a debris-exclusion gate on size and a marker-intensity gate on fluorescence, and watch the real electrostatic-deflection physics of a droplet cell sorter route each cell into a positive, negative or waste collection tube, with a live FSC-vs-FL1 scatter plot and running purity/yield statistics exactly like real flow-cytometry analysis software.
