Controlling a bleeding vessel is one of the most fundamental skills in any surgical procedure. This simulator models a single bleeding vessel in a 3D surgical field: set its diameter, then choose between direct pressure, electrocautery, a hemostatic clamp, and definitive ligation to bring the bleeding under control. A simplified Poiseuille-law bleed-rate model drives a live blood spray, while patient heart rate, systolic blood pressure and ATLS hemorrhagic-shock class respond in real time to how much blood is lost — rewarding fast, correct technique and penalizing delay or a mismatched tool choice (like cauterizing a vessel too wide to seal).
