Smart Pill: GI Transit, RF Telemetry & pH-Triggered Release

An ingestible smart pill has to solve three problems at once: survive the stomach's acid, release its payload (or take its reading) at the right place in the gut, and report data back through several centimetres of tissue on a weak battery. This simulation follows a capsule as it moves through a real GI-tract path — esophagus, stomach, duodenum, jejunum/ileum, colon — driven by adjustable peristaltic activity. Each zone has its own physiological pH, and the capsule's enteric coating dissolves only once that pH crosses a threshold you set, releasing its payload by first-order dissolution kinetics. At the same time an RF telemetry link renders live: received signal strength falls off with tissue depth and rises in frequency-dependent attenuation, exactly as it does for real capsule-endoscopy and ingestible-sensor hardware operating in the MICS/BLE bands.
