This simulation demonstrates the importance of educating individuals on preventive health measures by running two matched population cohorts side by side. One cohort receives no intervention; the other takes part in an ongoing health-education program that nudges smoking, exercise and diet toward healthier values over time. Each agent's combined lifestyle risk factors feed a yearly hazard of developing a preventable chronic condition, so watching the two clusters diverge — and the incidence-rate readouts pull apart — makes visible how information about healthy habits and risk factors can positively impact well-being and reduce disease incidence at population scale.
