CPR Chest Compression Biomechanics Simulator

This simulator models the thorax during chest compressions as a rigid-body mass on a nonlinear spring-damper, driven by Newton's second law rather than a canned animation. An adaptive force controller — the same proportional-feedback family behind real force-feedback mannequin trainers — tunes each push's strength until the simulated depth converges on your target, or you can grab the chest directly and feel the spring-back recoil for yourself. Live readouts track compression depth, achieved rate and recoil completeness against AHA/ERC resuscitation guidelines (5–6 cm at 100–120/min with full recoil), turning an abstract "push hard and fast" instruction into a physically grounded, testable model.
