Monoclonal Antibody Receptor Occupancy

This simulator models the core dose–response relationship behind every antibody-based biologic drug: how a single injected dose decays through first-order pharmacokinetic elimination while, in parallel, it occupies its target receptor according to mass-action binding equilibrium. Administer a dose, tune the drug's binding affinity (Kd) and elimination half-life, and watch free-drug concentration and receptor occupancy evolve together in a 3D tissue of target cells — the same dose–affinity–duration tradeoff pharmacologists use to design dosing regimens for real anti-TNF, anti-IL-6 and checkpoint-inhibitor antibodies.
