Biventricular Pacing Activation Wavefront

Cardiac resynchronization therapy (CRT) works by fusing two electrical wavefronts — one from a right-ventricular lead, one from a left-ventricular lead threaded into a coronary-sinus branch — so the two halves of the ventricle depolarize together instead of one lagging badly behind the other. This simulator renders roughly 3,000 points across a 3D LV/RV surface and computes each one's activation time with the same distance-over-conduction-velocity logic used in real electro-anatomic mapping, letting you compare intrinsic left bundle branch block, RV-only pacing, and true biventricular pacing while sweeping VV timing, LV lead position around the free wall, and a scar toggle — watching total activation time and the septal-to-lateral-wall delay respond live.
