Vaccination doesn't just deliver an antigen — it trains a memory. This 2D simulator models the same two-compartment kinetics of a real humoral immune response as the 3D pair: administering a primary dose triggers a slow plasma-cell secretion burst that raises antibody titer over one to two simulated weeks before decaying, while a booster dose recruits the memory B-cell pool left behind by the first exposure to fire a faster, higher anamnestic response. The germinal-centre view is a genuine orbit projection you can drag to rotate and scroll to zoom — antibody particles and memory-cell nodes orbit at counts driven live by the underlying ODE, not a flattened screenshot of a fixed scene.
